Shipping:

Savant Wear ships internationally to all destinations. Delivery is usually made within 7 days (US), or 14 days (international). Currently, all Savant orders are shipped out with USPS.

Returns and Exchanges:

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON ITEMS PURCHASED FROM SAVANTWEAR.COM

However, most items can be returned for exchange withing 15 days of receiving your order.

EXCEPTIONS:

THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, OR DESIGN PRODUCTS. Returned merchandise must be in as-new condition. Items must have all of the tags and labels attached as well as be in the same, perfect condition they were sent to you: unworn, unused, unwashed.

PROCEDURE:

Please contact CUSTOMER SERVICE first so we can issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number and verify your order. You must do this step before you send anything back.

Once we receive your return, give us 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to review your request. Many times we'll ship out your replacement items immediately. In some cases, we may need your credit card information again to bill shipping charges or any difference in costs for your new products. For added security we do not keep any of your credit card information on file.
